Vacation Bible School 2024

The theme for our 2024 VBS was based on the hymn, “ Here I Am Lord”, Isaiah 6:8. We met for three consecutive nights, June 16-19 with a follow up on Sunday, June 23. We focused on darkness and light and wind and sky. Stories were read in a dark cave while the youth held glowsticks.

The youth made kites to emphasize wind the sky. Fortunately, on a windy Wednesday, they flew them high in the sky. On follow-up Sunday, in keeping with the final verse of our theme, “Finest bread I will provide” the children made and served Monkey Bread and other goodies during fellowship time.
