CrossNet

Trinity Lutheran Church is a partner with CrossNet Ministries, New Holland in providing “Pathways to Housing”.  This innovative program is designed to assist families who are experiencing homelessness gain the skills necessary to become independent participants in our community.  An apartment on our campus is used for 12-18 months as families build emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial resources with the support of CrossNet Ministries staff.  Trinity volunteers keep the apartment and the building comfortable and safe and provide assistance in the transitions as families successfully move out on their own.

Trinity will also provide a meals to youth the second Thursday of every month on 9/14 11/09 and 01/04.
